General Questions

Yes, pre-booking is required to secure your session.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session. Earlier entry cannot be guaranteed.

No. Only food and drink purchased from our café may be consumed on-site (indoors or outdoors).

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. During busy periods or in poor weather, it cannot be guaranteed.

No — trampolines are for children only, one child per trampoline bed.

Yes, but spaces may be limited at peak times.
Soft Play Sessions

Bookings cannot be changed or refunded if the incorrect session is selected.

No, refunds or credits cannot be given if a session is missed.

You may still join the session. However, if the next session is full, you may be required to leave at the scheduled end time.

Children should ideally wear long sleeves and trousers to help prevent friction burns.

Yes. If a child becomes ill on-site, the family may be asked to leave. A free entry voucher will be offered to return once the child is well.
Safety & Supervision

No. Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.

Please report any accident or concern to a member of staff immediately.

Children should only use the play zones suitable for their age. For example, over 3s should not enter the toddler area.

Yes, but only of your own children.

Photos or promotional videos may be taken during events or sessions. If you do not want your child included, please inform a manager on arrival.
Party Bookings

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid 10 days prior to the party.

Postponements may be possible with 10 days’ notice, subject to availability and management discretion.

All party packages are non-refundable.

No. All food must be ordered from our café/party menu.

No — alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

You will have the Party Room/Area for 2 hours of your 2.5-hour session. This allows staff time for cleaning and changeover.

No. Food is cleared once the eating time is finished; it is not left out for grazing.

Yes, but only of your own children or with permission from other parents.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if exhibiting disruptive behaviour or bad language.
Memberships

Memberships are available for children aged 1 year and over.

Unlimited weekday access (Tuesday–Friday), with two free adults per session. Members also receive 10% off one birthday party per year.

No. Memberships exclude weekends, special events, private hire, exclusive parties and venue closures.

No — memberships are monthly rolling with no notice period.
